Beth Ravitz is a multimedia
artist whose work often incorporates many disciplines. In addition to
printmaking, painting, drawing, ceramics, mixed media and sculpture, she
exhibits locally, nationally and internationally. Holding BA, BFA and MFA degrees, Ravitz is a
Public Artist, Art Professor, Gallery Director, lecturer, grant writer as well
as the recipient of numerous art grants. She recently completed “Whispers of Botanical Ribbons”; a series of
eight stained and fused glass artworks for clerestory windows in a new
Senior
Community Center
in
Orlando,
Florida. Beth is currently on the design team for the City of
Delray
Beach Old School Square Cultural Arts Center Expansion Project, as
well as a park project for the
Upper
Tampa
Bay
trail in
Hillsboro
County

this $70,000,000.00 print fabric manufacturing company in New York City. As Director of Styling, I was responsible for all creative design decisions. My duties included designing, selling, scheduling and technical expertise. I held full responsibility for all financial decisions. I managed a staff of 40, including sales representatives in California, Canada and Dallas.
